Chicken & Pork Adobo (Cebuano)

I decided today to make adobo again and yes Cebuano style, but will cook both chicken and pork. I know my mom loves adobo so only thing i could think of making. Adobo easy for me to make and i didn’t need to run accross town cause i had most of all ingredients already.


1/2 Kilo Pork Adobo Cut

1/2 Kilo Chicken Adobo Cut

1/3 Cup of Vinegar

2 Head Garlic

2 Tablespoon Patis/Salt

1 Tablespoon Oil

2/3 Cup Water


  1. Marinate Chicken and Pork with Vinegar, Patis, and Garlic for at least 1 hour
  2. In Medium or Large Frying Pan pout Chicken and Pork with Marinate in Pan with Water  on Low Heat
  3. Let water evaporate
  4. After Water Evaporate remove Chicken and Pork and Clean bottom of Pan before adding oil so meat doesnt stick to pan when frying
  5. Heat Pan with oil on High and Fry Chicken and Pork Still Golden Brown
  6. Serve with Steam Rice
